Check-Out Time:

Your sxheduled check-out time is 10:00am.

Late Check-Out Requests:

We do try to honor late check-out requests when possible, but this is completely dependent on our upcoming reservation schedule.  We unfortunately cannot offer a late check-out on days when our next guest is scheduled to check-in the same afternoon. If you are interested in a late check-out request, please contact us no later than the evening prior to your departure date. Unofrtunately, we cannot entertain late check-out requests that come the morning of your departure, as our turn-over teams have already scheduled their work day.

Check-Out Instructions:

Prior to your departure, we would appreciate your assistance with the following:

  • Remove all perishable items from the pantry and/or refrigerator(s)
  • Place all trash in the provided trash recepticles on site (kithcen, bathrooms, and/or garage).
  • Load and start the dishwasher as needed.  There are dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink (do not use liquid soap!)
  • Strip linens from any used beds and pile into the laundry room near the W/D.  Pillows and comforters can be left on the bed after the sheets are removed.
  • If time permits, please start the 1st load of towels in the washing machine.  Any remaining used towels can be collected on the floor in the laundry room along with other used bed linens.
  • Turn off all lights in all rooms, including any table lamps.
  • If you’ve used the iron, pack-n-play, or high-chair, please return these items to the master closet.
  • Make sure all faucets are off, including any exterior hose spigots that may have been used during your stay. If you’re staying with us during the winter months, and you’ve used the garden hose for any reason, Please be sure to disconnect the hose from the spigot.
  • If your dog(s) have joined your stay, please be sure to clean up the grass as needed. There is a set of dog-waste tools mounted to the exterior of the south side of the home.
  • Living Room Media: Please make sure TV is turned off, and all remotes are left on the coffee table, or in the wall-mount holder behind the TV.
  • Loft: Please ensure TV and DVD player are off, and that all remotes are placed on the shelf below the TV.
  • Ensure hot tub jets and lights are OFF, and the hot tub cover is in place, and secured on all sides.
  • Make sure any fires from the firepit have been completely extinguished, and not left smoldering.
  • Close and lock all windows and doors.
  • Turn off any free-standing fans, and return the fan remote to the fan base.
  • Please set the Nest thermostat (hallway next to stairs) to ECO mode.
  • Double-Check:  Make sure Gas Stove, Gas Fireplace, and Gas Grill are OFF.

If you have any questions about any of these departure items, or if you have a concern about any item that poses a risk of damage to the property, please reach out to Joe Mease, at (303) 550-4834.

While we appreciate your assistance with linens, towels, and laundry, we certainly understand if you’re unable to assist with some of the non-safety related check-out instructions if you’re in a rush to depart excessively early in the morning.

Items Left Behind:

Please also be sure to double check the property for all your posessions before you depart, which may have been placed on hooks, in closets, in bedroom and bathroom drawers, left on the patio, etc. On the chance that something is left behind please notify us as soon as possible, and we can make arrangements to ship it back to you (assuming we are able to locate the lost items). Please note that our team charges $25.00 + any shipping fees for this additional service.

Estimated Drive Time:

If you are travelling to Denver International Airport, you will want to allot for at least 2-hours of drive time from Granby to DIA. If you’re travelling to Denver/DIA on a Sunday or other busy travel date, especially during peak ski-season or other holidays, you will probably want to plan for at least 3-hours of drive time.
